Atlas IPA is a Medicare accountable care organization (ACO) that is participating in the ACO Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) model. As an ACO, Atlas offers high quality health care and other supportive benefits designed to improve the quality of life for high risk and high needs Medicare patients living throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties.
